Once the keys are handed over, the guest will find us every time he needs it through the phone or the internet.
We like to be available for what the guests of our house need, but without burdening them; we tend to be on the phone in case they need our help or advice; or if something is missing in the apartment. Depending on the needs of the visitor, we adapt. We are quite flexible and available. We believe that it is very important to give good care in addition to a good product and we love to interact with people, so until now, we have had a very good connection with our guests.

Our arrival and departure times are as follows:
=> * Check-in * from 4pm, that is the time we always have the apartments clean and ready to enter. But if you need we can always receive you from 11: 30-12h to leave your bags and give you the keys.
=> * Check-out * before 11am. If you need to leave before there will be no problem. If you need to leave later, tell us and we can store your bags until the arrival time of the following guests. (We will confirm it when we meet at the apartment upon arrival).
If you need it, you can always store your bags for a few hours in the luggage room of the Atocha train station or in one of the many luggage stores that exist in the city.
