The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. Also, nearby the home of the Utica Comets Hockey and Utica City Football Club!

There are two bedrooms (queen beds) each with Roku TV's. The third bedroom was converted to office space in case you want to work with privacy.
