Enjoy peace, serenity and an amazing view of the river from this vintage two bedroom 1 bath 1940’s home. Cozy and rustic, yet updated with central A/C and fast internet. A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! The Cozy cottage is located in Historic Cocoa Village, walking distance to local restaurants & bars, shopping & seasonal art shows. The local river front park offers a playground, boardwalk, a pavilion, areas for fishing, bicycling, sightseeing, kayak (2) & boat launching. There is an amphitheater & we are a short 15 minute drive to wonderful Cocoa Beach & The Brevard Zoo. Disney and all the other local attractions are also minutes away with a 30 minute drive to the airport.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated slice of paradise. Equipped with new appliances and a nicely stocked kitchen including Keurig. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably, plus a pack&play for little ones. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac for a comfortable night sleep! Private entrance & parking for two vehicles. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.
