Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Charming esclusive old penthouse apartment on two levels (attic and upper super-attic) two terraces, in the heart of Rome historical center, just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, restaurants and luxury shops at your fingertips, but at the same time located in a very quiet spot. It has two double bedrooms and one single bathroom (shower, wc, bidet, sink) at the upper level, and a living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un palazzo storico del 1400, è composto da un ingresso, un salone molto grande con comodo divano letto per due persone ed una comoda poltrona letto per una persona, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, possibilità di aggiungere un lettino per bambini piccoli, un'ampia cucina con caminetto, un bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti hanno soffitti alti a cassettoni in legno e ampie finestre.
