The little barn is a beautiful 2 bedroom barn conversion. Being part of Callards Farm situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. Now only a smallholding, we try to continue its 400 year history by raising sheep and cattle. Situated at the end of a mile long, narrow, bumpy lane surrounded by rolling hills. With Barnstaple about half an hours drive away and the stunning North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor within an hour. The little barn is ideally suited for exploring and experiencing Devon.

Open all year. Ideal for holidays and short breaks. Bramble Cottage is on 1 level and has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5, 1 bathroom with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is heated and has a wood burner. It has a private garden, seating and a barbeque. We allow up to 2 pets by arrangement.
