Great little restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is undercover off street, at the top of our driveway on the lefthand side of the garage.

Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This coastal style room is set in a tropical garden oasis opposite the pool area. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with on street parking. It is attached to the rear of the main house. Within 250m of Miami village local restaurants. Within walking distance from Miami Beach the Paddock Bakery and local bars. With self checkin facilities.
