The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The historic town of Chepstow and magnificent Wye Valley is a short drive away. Twlc Fach is a renovated detached former pig sty which acts as an annex to the main property. Consisting of a bright and airy kitchen/living area with a homely wood burner and under floor heating. The kitchen also includes an electric oven, grill and hob and fridge. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a separate shower and a double bedroom which includes fitted furniture.
