We supply the erected tents, use our facilities, bring your own bedding etc, (our other ads incl bedding and equipment). Great rural location, yet within walking distance of excellent restaurants, pub, village shop and bus route. Take aways deliver! Close to amenities and attractions, castles, gardens, activities and much more.

We are a smallholding with alpacas, some sheep, chickens, a turkey, and elderly pony, dogs and cats! We are very close to Uckfield, with lots of charity shops for bargain hunters, and coffee shops for those who like to relax. There are two supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. The coast is only a 40 minute drive away by car. Brighton and Tunbridge Wells are on a bus route from the village, (29a). Winnie-the-Pooh and friends are close by on Ashdown Forest for those who look properly.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

The off-grid Big Top II has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette, exclusively for glampers. Enjoy the comfort of one double bed with bedstead, an additional double bed and single bed allowing occupancy of 5 people. There is a shared glampers portable toilet and also a shared shower! Light and power bank available with returnable deposit. Towels and bedding incl.
