The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Sandown - West Street

Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. The small and picturesque village of Detling is found on the slope of the North Downs, just northeast of Maidstone, and on the Pilgrims' Way - ideal if you're looking for a break only a short distance away from London.​

The Hopper Hut self-contained accommodation

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Today, following extensive restoration, the unique square building welcomes visitors once again. Nestled on a working farm in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers sweeping views of Bewl Water reservoir and surrounding farms. This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
