Built in 1691, the house is one of the most famous and oldest in the town, being protected as a World Heritage Site. Being a modern comfortable villa, it has preserved its original layout, some interior decoration and relation to the terrain, with its positioning, design, architectural treatment and decor reflecting the 17th-century architecture.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
