Qui potrai trovare bar, ristoranti, farmacie, un supermercato ben fornito e tanti piccoli negozi adatti a tutte le necessità, ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal rumore. Lo spazio è molto comodo e tranquillo ,adatto ad ogni età. Ideale per raggiunger piazza San Marco(10 min a piedi) e la Biennale di Venezia(5 min a piedi).

The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches.
