I'm less than a minute walk to the main central tourist points, such as Shardeni Street, The Narikala Fortress, the Leselidze street, Beautiful Botanic Garden, The Metekhi Church, the Rustaveli Avenue, freedom square and also very close to all the restaurants and luxuries the City has to offer.

Apartment is located in newly built prestigious House in one of the unique historical places of Tbilisi, with balcony, where the best view of the city opens. You can find everything around, starting from shopping centers, to restaurants and bars . Flat is in 5 minute walk from the metro station "Avlabari" and all tourists destinations and place of interests of the city is just a few minutes walk. You also can take bus # 337 from airport. Bus station is directly in front of the apartment.

It is perfectly located for starting a walking journey in Old town, at the same time it is well connected to public transports - Metro Station Avlabari is 1 minute walk. The apartment has one of the best views of the city, overlooking whole old town. You can enjoy drinking wine in the evening on the balcony and watching sunset over Mtatsminda mountain.
