The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

There is access across the hallway to a generous sized bathroom, that has both bath and shower. Bedroom two, offers a queen bed, with direct access to dressing room and ensuite.

Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.
