This is a 2 floor former artist studio with mountain views. 3 balconies to enjoy your beverage of choice and good conversation while gazing at the stars or sunrise. The first floor has a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The second floor is for sleeping/lounging - w/ 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa bed& floor pillows to lounge on- as well as a telescope to get a closer look at the stars!

Comfy cozy on the Funny Farm

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located comfy cozy RV camper. We do run a small in-home dog kennel. The dogs may get excited on your arrival but they settle down after they know your guest. We do love dogs and yours are welcome. The fence around the camper is just a wooden picket fence so we that your pets are well behaved and respectful of boundaries. When outside the fenced camper area we ask that you have your dogs leashed and never to go nose to nose with the horses or pigs.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway facing Tayer Falls, for 2 (can sleep 4), on a Kinderhook Fishing Estuary. Close to swimholes and hiking trails on land conservancies . Also near farm to table restaurants and small Villages. A quiet retreat with close unique cultural entertainment such as Tanglewood, PS21 and Spac. A 25 minute drive North to our Capital, Albany Ny or Troy for a night out. AmTrack is available in Albany or a 40 minute drive to Hudson Am Track is also available.

River cabin 5 - private shoreline & the VIEWS!

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

The Loft at Grafton Mountain Green

Welcome to our newly renovated home. This little slice of heaven is exactly where you need to stay to get the full Grafton experience. Located closely to many highlights of our town. The parking on the property is endless. This home is located on a 5 acre lot, with a beautiful wrap around porch. The upper back deck is perfect to wake up and have coffee on. There will be light traffic in and out of the property. This is because there is a small fire wood operation that takes place.

Master bedroom and full bath are downstairs, where there is also a lovely living room, fully stocked kitchen and mudroom with washer/dryer. Note that the attic bedroom gets closed in the wintertime. Small front sitting porch, big side lawn and flowery backyard with grill and table.
