One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Alleinstehendes Chalet inmitten der faszinierenden Südtiroler Berwelt auf 2100 m Meereshöhe in der Nähe des Jaufenpasses (Passo Giovo). Weiter Blick über das gesamte Passeiertal auf unberührten Kräuterwiesen in entspannender Ruhe. Im Winter haben die Gäste direkten Zugang zum Skigebiet Ratschings-Jaufen. Die Skier können vor der Hütte angezogen werden und der Pistenspaß kann sofort losgehen! Alternativ können ausgedehnte Winterwanderung oder Skitouren im Tiefschnee unternommen werden.

Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

The 34 m² studio apartment consists of 1 living room/bedroom, 1 well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 small balcony. This apartment can accommodate 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use.
