Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

The apartment has one private terrace. In addition you are free to explore our 12 ha farm with hammocks, trees and our own lake. The famous rota vicentina trail crosses our property- it is a great place to go surfing, hiking, mountainbiking or simply relax! Two restaurants are in walking distance (5min).

When we first visited E23Luz we were blown away by the amazing views overlooking the sea, Rocha Negra (Black Rock), the beach and the Roman Ruins. We loved the place so much that we spent 5 months renovating the property extensively with the goal of making the view the main focus. E23Luz offers modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation just a few mins walk from the centre of Luz.
