Upstairs lounge equipped with childs' toys, books and activities.. Well equipped kitchen with walk in pantry. Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed downstairs, dog sitting available. Nestled within a serene backdrop of well-established trees and garden, it has its own private deck with stairs leading down to lush lawn with views of Mt Ruapehu.

Meet friendly farm animals, explore the maze, enjoy the playground and café, or simply relax and take in the views. Conveniently located on SH1 between Wellington and Taupō. Please note currently the cafe is closed on Tuesdays.

Cabin on the Lane

Cereal Breakfast provided. Escape to a cosy, character-filled cabin that was once our family’s home while we built our house. Crafted almost entirely from recycled materials, fittings, & furniture. It’s a cute and comfortable up-cycled retreat. It may be a little older, but its quirky details and warm atmosphere make it the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, & enjoy a stay with real personality. Kitchenette has jug, toaster, microwave and a bbq outside but no kitchen sink. WiFi is available.

The Tiny Escape

Unwind from the demands of daily life & reconnect with nature! Surrounded by natives & nestled upon the hillside with expansive views overlooking our farm & the Valley below, this is a space to sit back & enjoy. Our Tiny House is off grid. It has double glazing, a mini fireplace, toilet with vanity in add-on bathroom off the deck, large porch area for dining and 2 outdoor baths for soaking in the views. Great for all those wanting to explore the beauty of the National Park and Central Plateau, skiing and snowboarding (winter season), tramping, mountain biking (all year round) or just taking a much needed break away from it all.
