Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our comfortable and bright apartment is stylishly decorated and blessed with outdoor spaces. You can relax in the garden whilst having your breakfast or enjoying a family barbecue. Sitting on the Monte Paradiso south-facing hillside, it gives you the most beautiful beaches and bays from only a 10-minutes walking distance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. Have fun with the many satellite TV programs in two rooms or connect to your private Netflix account!

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Enjoy our suite unit that can accommodate up to 2 guests in 1 bedrooms with it’s own bathroom and direct access to the terrace with a beautiful sea view. Living area is an open space with panoramic windows and direct access to the covered terrace provided with outdoor sitting area. From your apartment you can access to the pool and the sundeck with your own designated area and complimentary sun loungers.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Apartment Vanilla includes three sea-view bedrooms, two bathrooms, private kitchen, living room, private parking and amenities to make you feel right at home. Its large roofed terrace with panoramic sea-views and barbecue is a perfect place for outdoor relaxation. Nearest pebble beach is just fifteen-minutes on foot, restaurants and shops are nearby as well.

Modern and new, villa Dalia is ideal for family vacation! Decorated in modern style, it offers comfortable and unique spaces. Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony. Living space: 150 m2. Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
