Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fire pit, heated outhouse with composting toilet, outdoor dining area, brook, pond and trail head are just steps away. We also have a TREE HOUSE and HIKER’S HAVEN house by the brook. South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street.
