The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. The property is ideally located to visit places like Boscastle & Padstow

Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private decking for dining, with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This is a cosy and relaxing getaway.

A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. There is a menagerie of animals to meet + wildlife, lakes, stream and woodland. Views to open farmland, parking. Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Barn with Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Underfloor Heating

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age
