Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

Everything for a wonderful holiday / short break is present. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are around the corner And not to forget, Amsterdam is a stone's throw away by bus and train very easy to reach via the station which is within walking distance (100 meters) of the apartment.

Cozy apartment only 12 minutes away from Amsterdam. Good equiped kitchen, stylish lounge, new bathroom and comfortable bed (1.40m x 2.00m) The apartment has its own entrance. The backyard is shared with me and my family. From our place it is 200 meters walking to the bus stop which takes you in 12 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam or in 8 minutes to Purmerend another lovely Dutch city.

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
