Family Apartment 4 - seaview terrace - heated pool

This apartment is located on the top floor of the house and offer a high comfort space of 90m2. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and pets. For information: The house has 5 apartments and one studio.

Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. There is a separate apartment with kitchen and bathroom right next to the house at your disposal.

Punat living - studio with a pool

This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Kuhinja ima ploču za kuhanje,pećnicu i mikrovalnu. Kuća je idealna za manja društva i obitelji sa djecom.Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Goste dočekujemo osobno uz toplu dobrodošlicu.

We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
