My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Our adorable cozy cottage sits right on the lake and has all you need for an amazing time — a fireplace, a sun porch overlooking the lake, a deck for lounging or outdoor meals, a bonfire pit, grill, kayak, and more! The lake also has amazing restaurants, wineries, and breweries all around, so you'll never get bored!

We are just minutes away from the unique shops of Hammondsport and the best breweries, wineries & distilleries this area has to offer! Introducing Le Petit Miroir, a mirrored tiny house in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country on 20 scenic private acres.
