The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
