Muy cerca de servicios como supermercado, farmacia, bares/restaurantes, así como del Centro Comercial Mogan Mall. El apartamento se encuentra a 30 minutos del Aeropuerto, a 15 minutos del icónico Puerto de Mogán, y a 15 minutos de Maspalomas.

Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
