Our authentic Dalmatian Stonehouse, built somewhere in 19th century, is fully renovated. We kept the old charme and added some modern comfort. There are 3 lovely bedrooms (two with a wonderful seaview and desk), a renovated bathroom, a livingroom with a little kitchen and a 26sqm private rooftop terrace with open seaview and outdoor kitchen. The old house is just 5 meter away from the beach and directly in the center of Prvić Luka, one of the two old villages on Prvić - a island with no cars.

Villa Sibenik with heated swimming pool it is surface of 268 m2 (for 9 people) is equipped with luxurious stylish interior and a touch of Neo style, and with its large terrace is ideal for long enjoyment in the warm evenings or for relaxing time to read books. Within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the house there are more than 5 of the most beautiful beaches in the Šibenik region. There are a total of 3 national parks within a 45-minute drive from the house. Krka National Park is a 10-min. by car.

Lying within a 35 minute drive of Split airport along Croatia’s Northern and Central Dalmatia region, this conveniently located property offers guests easy access to all that the region has to offer in addition to being an excellent spot to spend a holiday relaxing by the sea. Apartman Tonka se nalazi svega 6,7 minuta pješice od glavne rive, na jako mirnom mjestu okruženom prirodom. Stan se nalazi u kući te je na dvije etaže. Na jednoj su sobe i wc te na drugoj dnevni boravak i kuhinja. Svaka soba ima bračni krevet te mogućnost pomoćnog ležaja. U dnevnom boravku je kauč na razvlačenje te isto mogućnost pomoćnog ležaja. Apartman ima dva balkona. Na jedan se ulazi kroz sobu, a na drugi kroz kuhinju. Oba balkona pružaju najljepši pogled na ostale otoke te more.

Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. When you exit the apartment's back door you step out on a small terrace that leads to a peaceful garden. The parking in front of the house is free. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lu we have the apartment Lea that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it could be possible to reserve the other one.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

This Contemporary Beach House found its place above small fishing village on the island of Prvic. This holiday house offers charming accommodation, incredible views and a 250 square meter garden full of olive trees, lavander, rosmary and yucca plants. The entire front wall of this home is made of glass doors that offer astonishing views of the sea and let in as much natural light as possible. The doors can be blinded with protective shutters to maintain privacy.
