Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.
