Located centrally in a village close to all amenities, the Confederation Trail, Les Iles de la Madeleine Ferry Terminal(CTMA), Souris beach and other famous beaches are a close drive away. The deck faces the water and the screened in portion is great for shade and to relax in the evening. The beach is just below the yard and easily accessible for all ages, no stairs needed. Walk down in the even and try your luck bass fishing or finding seaglass in the afternoon. Located 5 minutes from the town of Tignish, and approximately 2 hours from the City of Charlottetown.

We are a 20 minute drive from the airport, a 45 minute drive from the Confederation Bridge and 25 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. The house has a panoramic view of Rustico Bay and sunsets from the front deck are breathtaking!
