Apartment is located on the ground floor in the first row to the sea. It has two rooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen + living room and large terrace. It's completely new and fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor pool (both food and pool for reasonable price - not included in the price of the apartment).

Plaza Apartments are located in the center of Opatija, on the adress Maršala Tita 128, 30 meters from Slatina beach, the Opatija Lungomare promenade and many other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in a historic building which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
