Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
