Set on our Adult Only caravan park in the quiet hamlet of New Hutton, near Kendal, our self contained, underfloor heated hut, contains a sleeping area, bathroom and kitchen equipped with all necessities - utensils, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, sink, hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. A sofa bed gives you all the comfort and relaxation you need. Your bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin and shower.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.
