The Prescott Place

The Prescott Place is a fully furnished, private one bedroom with a queen bed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and futon. Full kitchen and bathroom. Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square is just 1.3 miles and .5 mi to the Rodeo grounds. Minutes to dining, hiking, biking, parks and shopping. The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

"The Cottage"

The Cottage is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house centrally located near downtown Prescott. Enjoy your visit to Prescott in a quiet neighborhood that affords easy access to the historic courthouse plaza, tourist popular Whiskey Row and local shopping. The space includes 1-full bed, 1-queen sleeper sofa, a breakfast nook, coffee bar and kitchenette. Tools for meal preparation include an air fryer, microwave, toaster, crock pot and an electric fry pan with cover. The fridge is mini-fridge size.

Walk to historic courthouse square, yet enjoy a private studio apartment and garden setting! Only 2 blocks to Whiskey Row... no driving and parking worries. My beautiful little studio is above the garage in lovely downtown PRESCOTT Az. There is a separate entrance and the studio is very private. It is detached from the main house. Not handicap-accessible. This is truly an adorable dollhouse, upstairs, downtown. Suitable for 2 adults.

McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
