Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Studio on Sunny Side of Bernal - Decklounge Views

This is a big, clean studio with lots of custom details built out by me & my carpenters. It has a fully appointed kitchen & bath. Queen size bed. I recently repainted & purchased just about all new everything as it was off of Airbnb for awhile. Great decklounge views of the mission & downtown with easy access to the fun the city has to offer, while still feeling away from it all. STR-0007037
