I Mulini a Vento (The Windmills) is a brand new Bed and Breakfast with all comforts, located in an elegant building in the heart of Rome, close to the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station, the Vatican Museums and St.Peter’s Square. We are proud of providing all comforts of an hotel, but with the hospitality, the warm welcome, the calm and quietness of a B&B. Furnishings has been chosen with care and style, according to our familiar atmosphere. Thanks to the strategic position of our B&B, in a few walking minutes through the Prati neighbourhood, you will find yourselves in the amazing St.Peter’s Square, close to the Vatican Walls and Vatican Museums. In few minutes you will also reach Castel Sant’Angelo, Lungo Tevere,Trastevere, Campo de’ Fiori, and all the main attractions of the old city center. For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. La stanza è arredata in stile etnico, con un grande letto matrimoniale (200 x 160 cm) con materassi memory foam, una cassettiera e 2 armadi, 2 comode poltrone, un'ampia scrivania in cuoio e un televisore LED 40''. Annesso alla stanza c'è un bagno privato con lavabo in pietra, doccia e sanitari.

The room is part of a B&B with 3 private bedrooms located in the heart of Monti district, 3 minutes away from the Quirinale, 12 minutes away from Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, all bedrooms have been provided with a mini-fridge, 43" Led Smart TV and AC. Each guest is given a 3 towels set and 2 pillows. A baby cot can be added (complete of linen) for an additional 15€ per night. The central location allows you to get to the most important sights just by taking a short walk, while being located in a low traffic street helps keeping the outside noises down.

Il B&B si trova a roma,a 10 minuti da piazza San Pietro,metro A Ottaviano,Lepanto e stazione bus di P.le Clodio.Situato in una strada tranquilla e in una palazzina silenziosa,posto al primo piano. Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato adiacente alla stanza. La camera dispone di arredamenti nuovi,riscaldamento,balconcino,TV,frigobar e wi-fi,contornato da ammirevoli e caratteristici pavimenti originali a veneziana e soffitti in travi di gesso tipici delle case romane di un tempo.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
