Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

"Larus apartment" is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.
