In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You can also enjoy your time in large open space with grill. Spend your holidays in our apartments and enjoy the beaches and the natural beauty of our island Pag. The pool is available from mid-May to early October.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench.
