This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need
