Hi thank's for your interest.The home is located one house back from the front sea view road, there are still sea views from the lounge room and kitchen windows, its around 50mtrs to the cliff edge where you can walk down to the foreshore, or even continue on to portland town centre..With a brand new bathroom , updated kithchen, and laundry,recently painted, and all the amenities you should require for a pleasant stay overnight or long term. Now Netflix , TVs in dining, lounge and bedroom.

This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi.
