You will likely feel a mix of nostalgia contrasted by the comforts of modern day conveniences. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
