Close to wineries, Niagara Falls .Sleeps 6 guests. 2 x double bunk beds, 1 x Queen bed with privacy curtain + dinette that turns into a bed. 2 propane tanks, water hookup, picnic table, AC, Hairdryer, 1st Aid, Full fridge, Microwave, 2 gas burner, plates, cutlery, glassware etc. Fire Pit on request, farm Stand, games, etc... We keep our trailer very, very, very clean but remember we are on a farm and in nature :)

As an RV it does use waste tanks and they do need to be emptied, which we do for you without interrupting your privacy.
