La casa presenta un parcheggio privato con ingresso automatizzato e un piccolo spazio esterno. Può ospitare un massimo di cinque persone. Al piano terra troviamo un bagno di servizio, un soggiorno e una cucina munita di forno, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Al piano superiore troviamo una camera matrimoniale e un balcone; una seconda camera con letto a castello e un bagno. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
