Thehouse has three double bedrooms, the main room, like the rest of the house, is decorated with quality Mallorcan furniture and has a bathroom en suite with a large bathtub oval The second room is equipped with two single beds and a small desk and finally on the upper floor we find a large double room with sloping ceilings. The house has air conditioning, in every bedroom and in the ground floor and is equipped with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant day in Pollença.Its central location, invites you to enjoy the Plaza Mayor and its quiet and cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes where you can taste the cuisine Mallorcan and international. A big free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property. Also main beaches of the municipality are just ten minutes away by car, the Port of Pollença, the Cala de San Vicente and the paradisiacal beach of Formentor, all of fine sand and crystal clear waters. Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay. We collect this tax prior to your departure and remit it on your behalf. The tax below is payable for each person of 16 years and over: - € 2. 00 per night for the first 9 nights.

It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden.
