The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. La Grotte du Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Bienvenue dans la Grotte du Moulin ! Ce loft naturel est encastré dans une motte calcaire et vous surprendra par son irrégularité. Il se compose d'une grande cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et d'une chambre avec salle de bains séparée par une porte de garage coulissante. Dans la chambre, vous disposez d'une lit double (160 cm) et dans le séjour un lit simple (90 cm) avec un canapé non convertible pouvant servir de petit lit une place.
