Il Bed and Bike Hostel è un nuovo e moderno ostello dotato di 4 camere per 14 posti letto. La struttura mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti un cucina condivisa completamente attrezzata, un lavanderia a gettone e uno spazio officina - bici attrezzato per piccole riparazioni. Ad accogliervi sarà la Cooperativa Sociale La Piccola Carovana. Dal 2003 ci occupiamo di inclusione sociale, ricettività e turismo responsabile.

Le camere di Villa Grace sono ubicate in una nuovissima struttura a 800m da M3 linea gialla. La struttura è equipaggiata con un sistema di Ventilazione Meccanica Controllata (VMC) per un ambiente sempre salubre. Gli spazi sono climatizzati, con riscaldamento e raffreddamento a pavimento.
