This spacious apartment has a living area of 48 sq. meters as well as a large terrace of 20 sq. meters, offering 2 sunbeds, magnificent ocean views and sun all day long. Guests have free access to a beautiful pool area with a heated pool (15x25 m), children's pool and pool bar.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Ideal for couples or solo travellers holidays. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment located in the south of Gran Canaria, just a few kilometers from tourist areas such as San Agustín, Playa del Ingles, and Maspalomas, on the seafront with direct access to the beach. The complex features carefully maintained gardens and spacious common areas, including a heated pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with direct sea views.
