An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture. Ergina's Boat House is a traditional house built in the sea front! It is a two storey building offering the very basic facilities. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the big door overlooking the sea water and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with the balcony.
