Newly built, spacious, ground-floor apartment close to the city center, in a quiet street. Free parking. It is 15-minute walk from Dóm Square and from the Clinics. Tram and bus stops are in the next street. The apartment is 50 square meters, fully equipped: cooling-heating air conditioner, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washmachine, cozy terrace.
