In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

The house is big and comfortable you can stay and relax in all spaces as the front yard and the back one too and if you are in the mood of bbq you have it there waiting for you.. the rooms are bright as the rest of the house. Also you can cook everything in the kitchen and enjoy the dining room. Also the beach of kalathas, Stavros, Marathi, Loutraki are 15-20 minutes away, Such as the center of the city where you can go from there anywhere you’d like.
