New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Ideal for couples or families, this cozy retreat offers mornings with coffee by the water, where you’ll hear ducks and loons. Unwind by the fire pit under starlit skies, and for thrill-seekers, explore ATV trails right from the cabin. This is the perfect sanctuary to unplug and reconnect with nature.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Go for walks, swim, kayak, boat, hike, or hang back and read, play games, make a meal with friends, or work, if you must. Warm up by the indoor fireplace after a nearby hike on a brisket autumn eve or roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. Sit down by the lake and take in the life that surrounds you.

Upta Camp

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.

Luxurious and very private lake front cottage

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

The Boathouse Cottage is a cozy studio cottage with a deck overhanging Sebec Lake. Think elevated “glamping!” Studio has a queen bed w/linens, full futon and sitting area. Bathroom with shower includes towels. Kitchenette has dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven (no stove). Furnished porch has tabletop Weber grill with fuel. Shared dock and fire pit. Owners onsite at adjacent camp. Peaceful lakeside setting perfect for relaxing getaways.
