Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

PRICING IS FOR 1 Bedroom. The priority is to rent the house to larger groups however when vacant we offer as a 1 BR. PLEASE DON'T REQUEST PEAK/WEEKENDS in advance as we will decline. You will have the Inn to yourself, however, must keep to the 1Bedroom/bath & common space. IF YOU NEED more Bedrooms we can add for a fee. Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly but only one dog allowed. Please give us dog info- breed, size. Always have your dog on a leash even in our yard.
